When we look at the global population that is growing and an undeniable climate change occurring, then we compare traditional protein food production methods which are consuming vast amounts of water and waste, emitting vast greenhouse gases and using a lot of valuable space, we see an intangible problem and rightly so, more and more consumers are also demanding organic, sustainable farming methods.
We are revolutionising sustainable protein agriculture with the world's first truly vertical freshwater aquaculture lake system. Our system is highly circular being water-efficient, space-efficient, net zero carbon and recycles its waste. This aligns perfectly with global demands for sustainable and circular food production.
Our protein is Omega3 rich and along with our bio-pesticide fertilisers is sustainable and 100% organic. We produce edible (freshwater) fish for human consumption for local markets and dried fishmeal (ground). Our dry protein derivatives are to be sold to super-premium ‘organic’ protein markets, internationally.
