Revive Earth Limited
Revive Earth makes Revive kits used to convert existing petrol-powered vehicles into 100% commercially viable battery-powered electric vehicles offering 64% savings in vehicle operational cost and significant CO2 emission savings.
Last year, petrol sold for NGN200, now it sells for NGN1000, yet the entire transport sector on fossils like this. Drivers also spend over 30% of their revenue on combustion engine maintenance annually. Yet there are millions of used petrol-powered vehicles littering the roads and leaving a heightened carbon footprint.
By creating kits that enable an average technician to convert a petrol-powered tricycle into a battery-electric vehicle, we provide alternatives for drivers. We have perfected the kit for tricycles and have also deployed our first kit for minibuses.
Our strategy for market penetration is creating electric vehicles using our kits and deploying them for commercial transportation leaving trust and visibility in our wake while generating revenue. We train technicians who can serve as conversion agents across various locales through whom we can sell our kits. We have implemented our smart battery rack concept with which we can build robust battery-swapping stations that readily tackle the issues of electricity availability and charge downtime. It enables us to create a seamless electricity distribution network for electric vehicles.
We make money through the transport service network we have created using our vehicles, the sale of kits, and retrofitting services. Next year, we plan to make money also from the sale of our smart battery racks, battery modules, battery-swapping booths, and charging stations. From 2027, we plan to make electric vehicles ground-up.
There are other local companies making strides in the assembly of electric vehicles. Some foreign manufacturers have electric vehicles that can equally serve Africa. However, my team is committed to not just making electric vehicles, but also to building a robust energy distribution network for electric vehicles. We do this by building and leveraging local potential to ensure that we can offer highly competitive pricing for a high-quality product.
